I am 18 years old, about 63kg and about 163cm tall, so in reality i am quite short.

I have always thought that my penis was quite small, and it is something that worries me a fair bit.

To answer your question: average size is 5.5 – 6.3 (6.5) inches in length. Average girth is expected to be 4-5 inches. So length wise you barely make it into average (the very bottom of it).

What is considered ideal size or size to aim for would be around 7 – 7.5 inches in length and 5.5 - 6 inches in girth.
