I'm 14 and my penis is 4 and 1/2 when i'm horny is that small for my age.

i was about 4 in. when i was 14 and i grew about then. id say ur in for a growth spurt down there pretty soon. if u get to 16 and ur that small then ya id say ur the small side. but for now nothing to worry about
