skin bridge/circumcision error?

i am 17 and cut, and i have what i think is called a skin bridge or something:

a bit of skin which goes from where the foreskin was to attach to the actual head of my penis.

its kinda annoying but i dont care.

i was wondering if this is totally rare or does anyone know much about it or can tell me anything on it??

To be honest, I think it's average, I believe I have it too

It's natural for some men to get this, but it's suggested you go to your GP / Doctor about it, cos it could cause problems.
