Feedback after two years of PE

Hello everybody, I have been practicing penis enlargement exercises regularly for 2 years and they made my penis really bigger. I started with 6 inches erected length and 4.75 inches of girth, now I'm 7.5 x 5.25. Am I happier now? Unfortunately not. When you start these exercises nobody tells you what are the drawbacks of all of this, but I realized them dearly after a long time. A larger penis means that more testosterone and DHT is needed to get a full erection, the bigger the penis the longer it will take: it's a physiological process. What does this mean? If I compare the sexual performance that I had 2 years ago with my performance now I feel very sad. I used to get an erection very quickly and to be able to have sex multiple times: now it takes much longer to have an erection and there's no way for me to have sex more than twice per night. As you age the DTH and the testosterone in

the body decreases, a bigger penis will be likely to cause you more erection problems.

Have you ever seen a movie with Shane Diesel? He has such an enourmous penis that it never gets really hard. I don't think anybody wants to have that size, but big penis in general will require more testosterone in your body to get hard. Further the sexual intercourse doesn't last as long as before: I've become more sensitive and I can't have the wild sex I had before because I wouln't last enough. I don't know what I had in mind when I started PE, now I can't thrust too vigorously because my penis is so long that hits the woman's cervix. I feel very stupid, looking back my size was just normal and OK, why did I want to have a bigger penis? I guess I was insure, and that hasn't changed now that I have a bigger penis.

Finally, beware of the PC exercises that are touted as a solution for premature ejaculation: they are very misleading. At first a strong PC muscle will give you the impression to last longer, but in the longer term it becomes a curse: a stonger pc muscles stimulates the Sympathetic Nervous System, the same which is giving the body the signal to ejaculate. In the end you will ejaculate quicker than before! If you want to go through these exercises it's your choice, but please consider what are the disadvantages of all of that. I sincerely wish I had never started these exercises.

Well, from my experience, i got best gains in first two months, afterthat there weren't a big use of them. What I think you have done is - abused your system - 2 years is like profesional bodybuilding. Too much is too bad.

Often it takes 2-4 weeks to get conisderable flacid improvements and then 2-8 weeks to get first solid gains say of 1/2 - 1 inch or so. That's it! Live happy.

By getting these gains your psyhological levels should get back to normal because now you know you can get bigger, and that's it :) live happy, no wories:)

Well, try to stop PC exercises for 6-12 months and see if you're getting back to old levels. you deffo need a serious resting.

Thank you for your comment [strange], however the disadvantage of having a bigger penis are real and they are not related to the speed taken to become bigger. Bigger penis = slower erection, and there are also all the other drawbacks that I mentioned.

I'm going to repost my feedback with a different title.
