How to reach orgasm?

I have one pretty sore problem…not sure if it’s solvable at all, but I can tell you about it at least. I am 20 and we and my boyfriend are together for already 3 years. I’ve never had orgasm; I’ve had it only by stimulating clitoris…

I don’t know if it’s worth to go with this to gynecologist, since I don’t know if it will help me anyhow…we have tried out different positions but without results. In the beginning I was hiding that from my boyfriend; I though it will change with time, but three years are a long period of time and nothing have changed. Can this be solved?
